Primary Acceptable IDs

Florida ID/Driver's License: Current or issued within the last 5 years, with serial number. 
 

U.S. Passport: Current or issued within the last 5 years. 
 

Other U.S. State ID/DL: From any U.S. state or territory, current or issued within 5 years. 
 

Foreign Passport: Must have a U.S. entry stamp from the Bureau of Citizenship and Immigration Services. 
 

U.S. Military ID: Identification card from any U.S. Armed Forces branch. 
 

Veteran's Health ID: Issued by the U.S. Dept. of Veterans Affairs. 

Other Acceptable IDs
 

Canadian/Mexican Driver's License: Or identification card. 
 

Inmate ID: From FL Dept. of Corrections or U.S. Dept. of Justice (Federal Bureau of Prisons) if in custody. 
 

USCIS ID: Identification card from the U.S. Bureau of Citizenship and Immigration Services (like a Green Card). 

Key Requirements for IDs
 

Current or Recent: Issued within the last five years (for most). 
 

Photo & Signature: Must have a physical description, photograph, and signature. 
 

Serial Number: Must include a serial or other unique identification number
