Primary Acceptable ID's
Florida ID/Driver's License: Current or issued within the last 5 years, with serial number.
U.S. Passport: Current or issued within the last 5 years.
Other U.S. State ID/DL: From any U.S. state or territory, current or issued within 5 years.
Foreign Passport: Must have a U.S. entry stamp from the Bureau of Citizenship and Immigration Services.
U.S. Military ID: Identification card from any U.S. Armed Forces branch.
Veteran's Health ID: Issued by the U.S. Dept. of Veterans Affairs.
